Don’t use this service
Did not show up for our arrival. There 24 hr service works till 9 pm - so no help there. Marked us as ‘no show’ and refused to refund money.
Triple no show
3 times in a row they cancelled our private shuttle for what they called “mechanical problems.” Really?? I suspect scam.
No refund after more than 2 weeks.
Take a cab. It’s cheaper and more reliable.
- No show 3 times
Preferred solution: Full refund

I booked parishuttle to collect myself and teenage daughter to avoid stress and get us to our hotel at night, this was our first time in paris, i contacted them to say we may be delayed by hour and they said they would track flight. We were almost 2 hours late and i rang them when i arrived only to be told no one was coming to get us!!!
I also add that they were there to collect other passengers from my delayed flight but not for myself and my teenage daughter!! We were terrified amd struggled to find anyone who spoke English we then had to make our own way into paris via train/taxi, Parishuttle have refused to refund me half my money, i would avoid this company at all costs they take your money and run!!!
Parishuttle - never showed up
I arranged a PariShuttle van to take me to Charles de Gaulle airport from the 16th arr. in Paris early in the morning. I was in front of the building 15 minutes early, but they never showed up. I tried calling them, but got a recorded message. After waiting an hour, in sheer desperation, I walked to the corner and took a cab instead.
I double checked the information on the confirmation. They time and address were clearly indicated. They simply weren't there.
When I got to my destination, I sent an angry e-mail and demanded a refund, but they refused.
Don't trust them! You'll regret it.

I know I'm responding to an old post from 2011, but I just had to reply since just having the same experience with Parishuttle.com. We just got back from Paris and Rome, and the trip was incredible, but I felt compelled to alert others about our bad experience with Parishuttle.com.
We reserved our pick up at CDG airport a few days before we left, and on the day of our departure, we learned that our flight would be departing 4 hours later. We immediately called Parishuttle to let them know of the change. Of course they had our flight # and info,as well.
When we arrived at CDG airport, there was no one waiting for us. We flew from LAX so we were tired.
When I called Parishuttle, they said a driver was there earlier but left, and said he'd be back for us in 45 minutes. They also told us to wait outside the terminal as he'd be driving around which was very confusing. After waiting a very long time I called Parishuttle again to see where he was, and they said he should be there soon. After more time waiting I'd had enough and was ready to cancel and walked back into the terminal when I saw a flustered guy with a small sign with our name on it walking past me.
When I approached him, he was pretty upset and asked where we were. He went onto say that he wasn't getting paid during this time of looking for us. He then bruskly got our bags in the van and in silence took us to our rental apartment. Because there were 5 of us, it cost us nearly $100.
It really set a negative tone for our arrival in Paris. A regular taxi would've been better. I would avoid Parishuttle if you can.
I believe there's a similar company called 'Paris-Shuttle' but I haven't read any reviews for them. Good luck!
We were also abandoned by this company parishuttle. We paid for a return trip to airport and waited 2 hrs in the freezing cold.
They never showed up. yes we made numerous call to the tel no - on our confirmation sheet. The tel no was not in use.
Our travel was last week november 2012. Tourists - be ware.
